PURPOSE STATEMENT
The purpose of A.L.A.Y.A Ministries is to empower individuals and strengthen communities by developing leaders who are equipped to create positive, lasting change. We exist to provide mentorship, education, and supportive spaces that promote self-awareness, leadership, and community transformation—particularly among those in underserved and underrepresented populations.

Our Women of Jewels initiative has helped women heal, grow, and rediscover their purpose through mentoring, skill-building, and sisterhood
1000+ Families Supported
Community Wellness Days and resource drives have provided families with food, mental wellness resources, and essential supplies, helping to meet basic needs while promoting self-sufficiency.
300+ Leaders Trained
Through Leadership Workshops and G.O.O.D. GIRLS Mentoring Program, participants have gained confidence, improved communication skills, and acquired the tools to lead in their communities and careers.
15+ Community Partnerships
We’ve partnered with schools, local businesses, and faith-based organizations to expand access, build trust, and strengthen our collective impact across urban and inner-city communities.
Who We Serve
ALAYA Ministries serves a diverse range of individuals, including:
Children (Upper Elementary & Middle School)
We introduce the building blocks of money management: saving, spending wisely, and understanding the difference between needs and wants.
Teens & Young Adults
We prepare young people for real-world financial choices, including earning their first income, managing credit, saving for college, budgeting, and early investing.
Adults (Early-Career to Mid-Career)
We support adults who may not have received formal financial education or who want to strengthen their money skills, make better financial decisions, and plan with confidence.
Families
We empower parents and caregivers with tools to teach financial habits at home, helping families build healthy money mindsets together.
